Pebbles needs a new home
Pebbles was rescued when she was a kitten 5 years ago. She developed urinary problems 2 years ago and has recently been diagnosed with Feline Idiopathic Cystitis. Her owner became ill and can no longer take care of her financially. Pebbles is on veterinary food and has needed antibiotics approximately every 4 months in the past year. She needs a quiet, low stress environment. Pebbles is a lovable lap cat in the evening but for some reason, at this time, does not like to be petted in the morning. She gets along well with a small dog but may not like other cats. On behalf of her owner, we are hoping to find Pebbles a loving home and one that is willing to assume the cost of her care so she can live out her life happily and in good health. Pebbles is most likely a Maine Coon mix so she is a large cat, weighing more than 8 kg. If interested in Pebbles or have any questions, please email: [email protected]

CLEO
Cleo is a very sweet, friendly cat. She is fine with cats but does not like dogs. She has lots of personality, can be very active and vocal, and sometimes can have cattitude. She is just over 2 years old.
She has had problems with her skin which could be allergies or an autoimmune condition. She is on a raw diet and her skin problems are now under control. She loves the raw and should continue it.
Cleo’s ideal new home would be keen on a spunky cat who will be fun and funny and has a mind of her own.
The home should understand that there may be veterinary costs related to her skin condition as well as the cost of her raw diet.
Any questions about Cleo, please email: [email protected]

HOBBY Farms or BARN HOMES NEEDED
The Animal Assistance Society of the Niagara Region has rescue cats that are feral, semi-feral or otherwise not suitable to be adopted as pets. They would be happier living in barn or other buildings where they could provide rodent control. These cats are healthy, spayed or neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. There is no adoption fee but adopters would be responsible for providing daily food and water, shelter and veterinary care, if needed.
